Are you taking new patients?
Dr. Dabinett, Dr. Wilson, and Lynda C Miller, NP, are accepting new patients.
If I was a patient of Dr. Wilson′s at Winchester Obstetrics and Gynecology,
do I need to transfer my records?

Yes, a medical release form is required to transfer your records from the current practice to Dr. Wilson′s new practice. The form can be obtained by calling the office at 540-665-8414 or by downloading it from the website.
Where is the practice located?
The practice is located in Jubal Early Plaza on West Plaza Drive, near the intersection of Jubal Early Drive and Loudon Street in Winchester.
What are the office hours?
The office is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM and Friday, 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM.
Do you accept insurance?
Both Dr. Dabinett and Dr. Wilson are currently participating with BlueCross BlueShield (PPO), Anthem (PPO), Aetna (PPO), WVU-East (Wells Fargo), Optima Health (PPO/HMO), PEIA (Aetna Signature) and United Healthcare (PPO). If you have a different insurance carrier, we do not file a claim for you. We do provide our patients with an itemized statement to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. The practice gives a discount to all bills paid in full at the time of service.
What if I need surgery?
If surgery is necessary, our office will file a claim for you and offer different options for payment.
What if I need laboratory studies?
All laboratory studies are sent out (Pap smears, urine cultures, blood work, etc...) and the lab will file the claim with your insurance carrier.
Do you accept Medicare and Medicaid?
No, Dr. Dabinett and Dr. Wilson are not providers. You must sign a waiver stating that you understand neither they nor you can file any charges to Medicare or Medicaid.
