Sinde has the grade-A engineering cost consultation and qualification. We have more than 50 cost-relevant engineers, constructors, counselors, senior engineers and engineers, who have officially registered and qualified. All of our employees have a college or higher education degree, and own working experiences in designing, constructing, supervising or cost consulting.
